The crash on the A83 happened shortly before 8am on Thursday as high winds kicked in across Scotland amid the Storm Pia weather warning.
Police and recovery services are at the scene.
A fallen tree in Appin and Sandbank is also affecting travel in the area.
Police Scotland said diversions are in place via Dalmally.
Drivers have been advised to take alternative routes as traffic is being held while recovery takes place.
