David Bowie's death comes just two days after he released his latest album on his 69th birthday.

The singer released "Blackstar" on Friday, with critics giving the latest work positive reviews.

The release was Bowie's first since 2013’s chart-topping “The Next Day”, itself released after a 10-year gap.

“Blackstar” was co-produced by Bowie’s long-time collaborator Tony Visconti and featured only seven songs.
