A flight from Edinburgh to Palma was forced to emergency land in Manchester after a medical emergency on Wednesday morning.
Jet2 flight LS717, a Boeing 737-800 operating from Edinburgh to Palma De Mallorca declared an emergency as it flew over northern England.
The flight is now back in the air and heading towards the original destination.
A spokesperson for Jet2 said: “Flight LS717 from Edinburgh to Palma diverted to Manchester Airport on Wednesday, October 11 due to a customer requiring medical attention.”
