A woman has been taken to hospital after being found injured on train tracks in East Dunbartonshire.
Emergency crews were called to the scene between Bearsden and Milngavie at 9.45am on Monday.
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment but her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Train services were disrupted for several hours but ScotRail confirmed routes are no longer affected by the incident.
A British Transport Police spokesperson said: “Officers were called to the line near Bearsden at 9.45am this morning following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
“Paramedics also attended and a woman was taken to hospital for treatment to injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
