A woman has been sexually assaulted on a train which was travelling to Glasgow.
The victim was on the service from London when she was approached by a man at around 9.55pm on Tuesday, August 24,
He made inappropriate comments before sexually assaulting her and leaving the train at Glasgow Central Station.
Police are now appealing for witnesses as they look to trace the suspect, who is described as being in his late 40s and around 5ft 7in with short brown hair and a distinctive mole on the right of his face.
He was wearing a dark grey polo shirt with a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
