A woman has died after being struck by a car in Glasgow.
The 60-year-old pedestrian was hit by a Blue Nissan Qashqai in Culrain Street around 1.40pm on Tuesday.
She was pronounced dead at the scene and police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Constable Lewis Owen, of Police Scotland’s road policing unit, said: “Our thoughts are with the family of the woman who sadly passed away.
“As we continue our investigation into the full circumstances of what happened, we are appealing for anyone who may have information to come forward.
“We are also appealing for dash-cam footage that may assist our enquiries.
“If you can help, please call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 2021 of Tuesday, March 10.”
