An urgent search is under way for a missing man last seen in his car in the early hours of Monday morning.
Gary Heeps, from Hamilton, was last seen around 3.10am on Monday, November 6, 2023, in his vehicle on Almada Street.
The 44-year-old is described as being white, 5ft 10ins tall, with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a black Nike top, black Adidas shorts with a stripe down the side and black trainers.
Mr Heeps is travelling in a dark red burgundy Ford Mondeo estate vehicle, with the registration PX63 WNG.
Inspector Michael Anderson said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Gary’s welfare and we appeal to anyone who has seen Gary or who may have information as to where he may be, to get in touch.
“We’d also ask Gary himself to contact police or his family to let us know he is safe and well.”
Information can be passed to police by calling 101 quoting incident number 0366 of November 6.
