Two suspects have appeared in court charged with trying to kill a man outside a vets.
Thomas Guthrie, 26, and Darren Owen, 21, are accused of attacking a 40-year-old on December 3 2018.
The incident is said to have happened at a car park at Taylors Veterinary Practice in Rutherglen, South Lanarkshire.
Guthrie and Owen made no plea during separate hearings at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday
The pair were remanded in custody and are expected to return to the dock again next week.
A third person is due to appear in court on Tuesday in connection with the case.
