Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Motherwell.
The 22-year-old man was found dead in the Alexander Path area of Motherwell on August 20 of this year.
Police Scotland have confirmed that two men, aged 26 and 57, have been arrested in connection with the death.
The two men are due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, November 20.
Police confirmed that enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a man in Motherwell.
“A 22-year-old man was found dead in the Alexander Path area of Motherwell on Sunday, August 20, 2023.
“The men, aged 26 and 57, have been arrested and charged in connection with the death and will appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, November 20.
“Enquiries remain ongoing.”
