Two men have been arrested after a disturbance left a 45-year-old man in hospital.
Police were called to reports of an incident on Old Rutherglen Road in the Gorbals area of the city on Sunday morning.
Emergency services arrived and one man was taken to hospital while a 30-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were arrested.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.35am on Sunday we were called to a report of a disturbance in Old Rutherglen Road, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a 45-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University hospital for treatment.
“Two men, aged 30 and 22, have been arrested in connection with the incident and enquiries remain ongoing.”
