Three people have been charged over the death of a man who was found injured within a flat in East Dunbartonshire.
The men, aged 34, 31 and 28, were arrested after the incident on Saturday morning.
Robert Cunningham, 29, from Kirkintilloch died in hospital after an alleged assault on the town’s Braehead Street at around 8am.
Police have confirmed the arrests.
Detective inspector Steven Watson, of Kirkintilloch CID, said: “Our thoughts are with Robert’s family and friends at this time.
“Following an investigation led by detectives, we were able to charge two men in connection with this incident.”
