Large queues of traffic have built up after a multi-vehicle crash on the A9 in Perthshire.
The collision happened at around 3.15pm on Tuesday near the village of Greenloaning.
The road is closed southbound as emergency services attend the scene.
It is not clear if there have been any injuries.
It comes amid treacherous driving conditions caused by heavy snowfall and extremely low temperatures across Scotland.
At the time of the crash, temperatures in Perthshire remained below 0C.
At 5.10pm, Traffic Scotland said queues were being held to allow for vehicles to be recovered.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were made aware of a crash involving multiple vehicles on the A9 north of Balhadie shortly after 3.15pm on Tuesday, December 13.
“Emergency services are currently at the scene.”
