A shirtless man is being sought by police in connection with an assault in Lennoxtown.
A 37-year-old was rushed to hospital for treatment following the incident on Main Street in the East Dunbartonshire town shortly after 9.20pm on Thursday, August 10.
He was later released after receiving care at Glasgow Royal Infirmary but officers are now hoping to trace a topless man in brightly coloured shorts over his part in the in the skirmish.
Detective constable Vikki Reid said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information which may assist us to get in touch.”
DC Reid added: “I would also ask anyone who was driving in the area at the time and who may have any dash cam footage to contact us.”
