Three people have been charged after heroin with an estimated value of £20,000 seized by police in Motherwell.
Officers made the discovery after searching a property under warrant on Wood Crescent on May 23.
Police confirmed that two men, aged 18 and 49, as well as a 42-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with the discovery.
All three are set to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on June 21, 2024.
Police sergeant Steven Brown: “Drugs cause misery in our communities and the public has an important role to play in helping Police Scotland target those responsible for the cultivation, supply and sale of illegal substances.
