A third teenager has been arrested and charged in connection to a fire at the Station Hotel in Ayr.
Police confirmed a 13-year-old boy has now been charged following the blaze which started around 5.45pm on Monday.
Officers say a report will be sent to the relevant authority.
It comes after two boys, aged 17 and 13 were previously arrested and charged in connection and will be reported to authorities.
Firefighters remain at the scene with ScotRail warning that trains will be suspended from the station for a number of days.
Emergency services were sent to the scene in Ayr when the alarm was raised shortly after 5.30pm on Monday, with 15 appliances there at the height of the incident.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) said there were still appliances at the scene on Wednesday morning.
A number of roads also remain closed including, Station Bridge, Kyle Street at High Street, Smith Street, Parkhouse Street and Burns Statue Square at Killoch Place.
Pedestrian closures are also in place at Burns Statue Square and Smith Street between Station Hotel and Ayrshire Central.
