A ten-year-old is in hospital after being hit by a car in Glasgow.
The crash happened on Dumbarton Road at around 11.40am on Sunday.
Emergency services attended and the child was taken to the Royal Hospital for Children by ambulance.
The road was closed between Harland Street and the roundabout at Victoria Park Drive South.
Dumbarton Road reopened at around 2pm.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.40am on Sunday, October 2, police were called to a report of a boy struck by a car on Dumbarton Road, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and the ten-year-old boy was taken by Ambulance to the Royal Hospital for Children.”
