An investigation has been launched after a teenage boy was injured in a disturbance near TRNSMT festival.
The 15-year-old boy was injured in the incident near the boat house at Glasgow Green around 4pm on July 13.
He was treated for a head wound by medical staff and police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
The incident unfolded during the second day of TRNSMT music festival at the park.
Detective Sergeant Stephen Greenshields of Shettleston CID said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and trace those involved in the incident.
“I would urge anyone who witnessed the disturbance or who has any information that could assist with our enquiries to please get in touch.”
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 1053 of July 13 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
Police made 40 arrests across the weekend for offences including breach of the peace, disorder and minor assaults.
The force said 21 arrests were within the grounds of the festival while 19 were made outside TRNSMT.
It said 15 of these arrests were made on Sunday alone, 14 were made on Saturday and 11 on Friday.
