A man has been charged with murder after another man was rushed to hospital where he later died following a disturbance.
Lee Elliott has been named by police after he was rushed to hospital on Sunday evening where he later died.
His death came after a disturbance on the Angus Road area involving three men around 9.50pm.
A 46-year-old man named Gerard Turner has been arrested and charged in connection with the death.
Detective Inspector Ally Semple of the Major Investigation Team said: “Our thoughts remain with the family and friends of Mr Elliot at this difficult time, as well as everyone in the local community affected by his death.”
