A 20-year-old cat is looking for new owners after being left homeless in Glasgow.
The city’s Cats Protection Adoption Centre is searching for a new home for LV who, her carers say, looks young for her age.
Because of how cats mature, one year of a cat’s life is equivalent to several human years.
This makes LV around 96 years old in cat years.
The charity says the pet, whose name is short for the word love, is hoping for a quiet home with no other animals or children.
Not that her new adopters will need anything else, LV loves to receive lots of affection and cuddles so will definitely take up a lot of her owner’s attention, Cats Protection said.
“If you look at my name LV, there is only two letters missing to make the word love, that’s exactly what I will give you for the rest of my life,” an appeal on the charity’s website reads.
If you think LV could be the right addition to your family, you can enquire at Cats Protection Glasgow Adoption Centre or call 0141 779 3341.
