Police launched a search for the teen after she was discovered missing from her home in Dumbarton, West Dunbartonshire, on Tuesday morning.
Following a public appeal, the schoolgirl was traced “safe and well”.
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Thank you for sharing our appeal.”
