Rush hour chaos after multi-vehicle crash causes long queues on M8

A multi-vehicle crash on the Kingston Bridge in Glasgow has caused chaos during the morning rush hour.

Three lanes of the M8 westbound were closed as emergency services responded to the collision.

Queues were causing delays of 45 minutes for drivers, Traffic Scotland said, with the incident adding to routine congestion.

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
