Passengers travelling on a boat off Islay were treated to the magnificent sight of a red deer stag taking a swim.
Whilst they had been out on a boat filming material for their business, staff from Islay Sea Adventures spotted the stag off the Ardbeg coast wander to the water’s edge, jump in, and swim to the far shore.
After he took a dip, he shook himself off at the other side.
They remarked that it was “not something you see every day but definitely a treat for everyone on board the boat”.
