Police have launched an investigation into the “unexplained” death of a woman in Glasgow.
Officers were called to Rye Road, Barmulloch, where a 50-year-old’s body was discovered at around 12.10pm on Sunday.
Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the death.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called to Rye Road, Glasgow, around 12.10pm on Sunday, May 8, following the death of a 50-year-old woman.
“The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are at an early stage.”
