A man required hospital treatment after a serious assault took place in a West Dunbartonshire property on Saturday night.

Between 5pm and 8pm on Saturday, November 12, a 37-year-old man sustained serious facial injuries at an address in the Ladyton Estate on Stirling Road, in the Bonhill area of Alexandria.

He was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital by ambulance and released after treatment.

Police are now seeking to trace three men who were in the property at the time to assist with enquiries.

Detective Constable Thomas O’Donnell, of Clydebank CID, said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who knows what happened or saw anything in the area around the time of this assault.

“In particular we are keen to speak to three men who were in the property at the time who may be able to help us with our enquiries.”

Anyone who can assist officers with their investigation is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 3488 of Saturday, November 12, 2022, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
