iStockPolice are investigating a fire at a shop in South Lanarkshire.
Emergency services were alerted to the blaze at the shop on Bothwell Road, Hamilton, at around 2.15am on Sunday.
No-one was injured as a result of the blaze, and police have now launched an inquiry.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 2.15am on Sunday, 20 February, officers were called to a report of a fire at a shop on Bothwell Road, Hamilton.
“Officers are at the scene and enquiries are ongoing.”
