Police are appealing for information in the search for a missing man from Irvine.
Colin McKerrell, 58, was last seen by his family at around 10am on Monday leaving in a red Mercedes, with the registration SB17 YLO.
Mr McKerrell is described as being around 6ft in height, heavy build, shaved head, and wears glasses.
When last seen he was wearing a red hoodie, grey trousers, blue jacket and walking boots.
Inspector Claire Walker said: “Due to the circumstances, we are growing increasingly concerned for Colin.
“His family is understandably very worried and just want to know he is safe and well.
“If anyone has seen Colin or his motor vehicle or has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts, please contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2858 of September 19, 2022.
