Google MapsA pensioner killed in a fire in Annan has been named by police.
Peter Scott has been confirmed as the man who died in a property on Lady Street in the village of Brydekirk.
The 79-year-old died on October 31 in the blaze.
Emergency services were called to the scene of the fire around 9.40am to extinguish the flames and confirmed the death of a man at the scene.
Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
