A 54-year-old man who had been missing since Sunday night has been found safe.
Christopher Jiggins was last in touch with his family around 11pm and midnight on May 22 off the M9 near Stirling.
He was driving alone from England to Lossiemouth in Moray, and told his family his car had broken down on the motorway when he last contacted them, before disappearing.
The van was later recovered on the hard shoulder of the M9 between junctions nine and ten.
Police announced on Tuesday that he had been found “safe and well”.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Thank you to all who engaged with our appeal.”
