A man is to stand trial charged with the abduction and rape of a woman in his home.
Yue Zhu is accused of carrying out the attack at the flat in Partick, Glasgow on March 30, 2020.
The accusation includes claims the 28-year-old refused to let the woman leave the property, allegedly carried her into a bedroom, uttered threats and punched her in the face.
His lawyer Jonathan Crowe pled not guilty on his behalf during a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow on Wednesday.
Both Mr Crowe and prosecutor Stephanie Ross agreed a trial could be set.
Lady Scott fixed a trial which is expected to begin next May. The case could last up to four days.
