Man charged in connection with armed robbery at petrol station

The 35-year-old man is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Thursday.

A man has been charged in connection with an armed robbery in West Dunbartonshire.

The incident occurred on Tuesday morning at a petrol station on Great Western Road in Clydebank around 7.35am.

On Wednesday, police confirmed a 35-year-old man had been charged in connection with the incident.

He is due to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Thursday.
