A man is in critical condition in hospital after being found on a road in Glasgow.
The 41-year-old man was found with life-threatening injuries on Hathaway Lane, Maryhill, at around 5.50pm on Sunday.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital following the incident, where he currently remains in critical condition.
Police have issued an appeal for information following the incident.
Detective sergeant Nick Gribben, of Maryhill CID, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing into the incident and how this man came to be injured.
“I would urge anyone who may have assisted the man to come forward.
“If you may have seen or heard a disturbance within the flats or the surrounding area then please get in touch.
“Anyone with information should call police via 101, quoting incident 2766 of 20 March, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
