A man has been taken to hospital following a midday assault in a West Dunbartonshire park.
Officers received reports of a 32-year-old man being assaulted in Christie Park in Alexandria at around 12.25pm on Friday.
The man was taken to hospital to be treated for injuries.
Police said enquiries are ongoing into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.25pm on Friday, March 29 police received a report of the assault of a 32-year-old man at Christie Park in Alexandria.
“The man attended hospital for treatment and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.”
