A man was left in hospital after being “seriously assaulted” near a park in West Dunbartonshire.
Emergency services were called to Hecla Avenue, next to Drumchapel park, at around 6.20pm on Friday.
A 52-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment.
Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing at this time.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Around 6.20pm on Friday, May 31, 2024 officers were called to a report of a serious assault on Hecla Avenue, Glasgow.
“A 52-year-old man was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital by ambulance.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
