A man has been left injured after being stabbed in broad daylight on a Glasgow street.
The attack took place during a brawl in front of a row of shops on Milton’s Skerray Street on Sunday afternoon.
Police were called to the scene just after 2pm and found the victim injured when they arrived.
Emergency services were also in attendance and the man was taken to hospital where he is receiving treatment for his injuries.
Officers are now investigating the incident as they look to trace the person responsible.
A spokesman for the force said: “Police were called around 2.10pm on Sunday, 9 January, 2022 following the report of a man found injured on Skerray Street, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
“Enquiries are currently ongoing.”
