A man is fighting for his life in hospital following a crash at a roundabout in Glasgow.
Emergency services were called after a silver Ford Fiesta crashed near the Allander Toll roundabout, on Balmore Road, at around 12:50am on Thursday.
A 34-year-old man was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where medical staff describe his condition as critical.
Police are now appealing to the public for information to establish the circumstances of the crash.
Sergeant Adnan Alam from Glasgow Road policing unit said: “A man has sustained serious injuries as a result of this crash and we are appealing for information to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“Enquiries are ongoing and I would ask anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone in the area at the time with a dash-cam fitted to their vehicle to contact us.”
