Man charged after heroin and cocaine worth £55,000 seized during raid

Police have seized Class A drugs worth around £55,000 following a search of an address in Glasgow.

Officers acting under a warrant searched an address on Cambusdoon Road in Garthamlock on Monday April 24 at around 1pm.

Drugs, believed to be heroin and cocaine, with an estimated street value of £55,000 were recovered during the search and a 33-year-old man was arrested and charged.

The man has since been released on an undertaking to appear at court at a later date.

A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
