Police ScotlandA man has been charged in connection with a crash which killed a 20-year-old woman in South Lanarkshire earlier this year.
The incident occurred around 4.30pm on Saturday, March 12, 2022 on the A72 at Biggar.
Beth Damer, who was a passenger in the black BMW M135 car, died in the one-vehicle collision.
Police have now confirmed that a 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the crash and is expected to appear in court at a later date.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
