Man charged after £128,000 cannabis haul seized

A 49-year-old has been charged with drug offences following a raid in Lanarkshire.

A man has been charged after police seized a cannabis haul with a street value of nearly £130,000.

The 49-year-old was charged with drug offences following the bust that took place in Lanarkshire on Tuesday.

Officers recovered the haul after carrying out a raid at an address on Brora Crescent in Hamilton following an intelligence led operation.

The suspect will appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
