A man has appeared in court charged with assaulting a one-year-old girl to her severe injury.
Vladimir Silivanos is accused of inflicting blunt force trauma on her head and body between November and September 2017.
The 21-year-old allegedly failed to provide or procure medical assistance for the baby at a flat in Glasgow’s Wyndford area.
Silivanos also faces a charge of failing to appear for a court date in November 2018.
On Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the assault and child neglect charges.
Silivanos also denied the failure to appear charge.
A further hearing was set for next month by sheriff Andrew Cubie.
