Man accused of Emma Faulds’ murder to stand trial next month Police Scotland

The trial of a man charged with murdering youth worker Emma Faulds is set to go ahead next month.

Ross Willox, 40, is accused of killing the 39 year-old in Monkton, Ayrshire on April 28, 2019.

Willox denies the accusations. A previous trial had been postponed due to the pandemic.

The Crown Office confirmed a date has now been set for April.

The trial is believed to be before Lord Mulholland.

A further preliminary hearing is expected to take place before then this month.
