Part of the M74 has been closed due to a rush hour crash and debris on the road near Glasgow.
Traffic Scotland confirmed that the northbound carriageway was closed between junction 11 and 10 from around 7am on Wednesday.
Drivers have been advised to use alternative routes and a diversion has been put in place.
Latest updates from Traffic Scotland confirmed that the road remained closed around midday.
It has not been confirmed how many vehicles were involved in the collision or whether there have been any casualties.
Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
