Glasgow police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to question regarding their investigation into a city centre assault.
The incident took place at around 9.55pm on April 29, 2022, outside O’Neill’s pub on Union Street.
The 34-year-old male victim was standing outside the pub when he was attacked by an unknown man.
Investigating officers believe that the man seen in the image released can help them with their enquiries.
He is described as being in his late teens, white, and of slim build. He was wearing white trainers, blue joggers, a grey hooded top with the top up and a baseball cap underneath, and a small over-the-shoulder bag.
Detective constable Neil Bonsor, Greater Glasgow CID, said: “As part of the investigation, we are eager to identify the man in the CCTV footage and would urge him, or anyone who recognises him, to get in touch with police.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact officers via 101, quoting reference 4225 of April 29. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
