A funeral is to be held for a nine-year-old girl killed after being hit by a tractor in New Cumnock.
Naomi Sarah Ferrans was knocked down while cycling on the A76 in the Castle area of the Ayrshire town at around 12.35pm on Monday, September 18.
A funeral notice read that close friends and family will attend the service at Alexander Muir’s funeral parlour in New Cumnock at 1.30pm.
Anyone else who would like to pay their respects may attend Afton Cemetery at 2pm.
Those attending have been asked to wear bright clothing or football tops in Naomi’s memory.
A GoFundMe set up to support the little girl’s family after her death has reached over £16,000.
Organised by Pamela McSkimming, the fund aims to take “pressure” off the family.
The donation page reads: “Following the devastating tragedy that shook our wee town on Monday where a beautiful wee girl was sadly killed.
“I would like to raise some money to take the pressure off the family in this heartbreaking time for them.
“Fly high angel.”
