Four people have appeared in court accused of the murder of a woman in Ayr.
The body of 41-year-old Susan Turner was found in a flat in the town’s Nursery Hall at 10.15am on Monday, March 27.
Two men and two women, all from Ayr, appeared at the town’s Sheriff Court on Thursday and made no pleas.
Jason Bell, 49, Dee Black, 40, Ryan Hill, 25, and Michelle Ramage, 41, are accused of murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Bell, Black and Ramage also faced charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
All four were committed for further examination, remanded in custody and are due to appear again within eight days.
