A renewed appeal has been issued by police as concern is growing for a man who was reported missing from his home in Glasgow two weeks ago.

Kelvin Conway disappeared from his home in Possilpark and was last seen by his family in the Castlemilk area on Saturday, August 13.

The 32-year-old is described as white, 5ft 3ins in height and of medium build with short, black hair and wearing glasses.

When he was last seen he was wearing a black body warmer, black t-shirt, blue jeans, a baseball cap and red trainers. He may be carrying a large dark rucksack.

Enquiries have confirmed that Mr Conway was on Balmore Road, Glasgow, around noon on Monday, 15 August, however his movements after that are unknown.

Police have said that he may have travelled to England and he has links to the Blackpool area.

Superintendent Ross Allan said: “As time passes our concern for Kelvin’s welfare grows. Kelvin is vulnerable and we are appealing for the help of the public to help trace him.

“I am appealing for anyone who has seen Kelvin or anyone with any information on his whereabouts to contact us. I would also appeal to Kelvin himself to get in touch.”
