Appeal launched to trace two men in relation to assault

The assault occurred in the early hours of April 24 in Glasgow's West End.

CCTV appeal launched by Police Scotland to trace two men in relation to an assault in West End’s Glasgow Street Police Scotland

Police Scotland has released two images of two men that they believe may hold information which would assist in relation to an assault.

The assault happened earlier this year at Glasgow Street in the West End area of Glasgow at around 1am on April 24.

The first male is described as being in his 20s, of slim build with black facial hair and was wearing a grey jumper, dark coloured jeans and trainers.

The second male is described as being in his 20s, of slim build and was wearing black jumper, dark coloured bottoms and trainers.

The two men, or anyone who has information relating to them, have been asked to make contact with the police.

Police constable Jennifer Adams of Greater Glasgow Response Policing Team said: “I would urge the males, or anyone who has information relating to these males, depicted in these images to make contact with the police. 

“Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Greater Glasgow Response Policing Team via 101 quoting reference number 1520 of April 25, 2022.  Alternatively, call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be passed on anonymously.”
