A CCTV appeal has been made as part of an investigation into a “high value” credit card fraud in Glasgow.

A man purchased goods using a stolen credit card in the city centre on July 18 of last year.

Police are keen to speak to a man, pictured, who they believe could assist with their investigation.

He is described as a white male, aged 18 to 21, of slim build with short fair hair. In the image he is wearing a parka coat with fur trim and a white shirt.

Detective constable Mark Soutter said: “This has been a high-value fraud, whereby goods have been obtained by deception.

“As part of our ongoing inquiries we’re eager to identify and trace the man pictured and would ask anyone who can help us to get in touch as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101.
