Google MapsA tea specialist has announced it is closing all UK stores due to “unprecedented changes”.
T2, which has stores across the country including Glasgow’s Buchanan Street, made the announcement on social media.
The Australian company, which launched in 2014, said it had made the decision to focus on regions “closer to home”, such as New Zealand and Singapore.
T2 said UK stores would remain open until February 19, with the UK online store closing on February 22.
The statement read: “Due to unprecedented changes over the past few years, we’ve made the decision to close all operations in the United Kingdom.
“We’d like to thank our dedicated sippers for their support over the years.”
