Police are on the hunt for two suspects after a woman was robbed of her purse at a flat close in Glasgow.
The victim was targeted at Arlington Place, in the Woodlands area of the city at around 9pm on Sunday.
Officers are now searching for a man and a woman they believe to be involved in the crime.
The woman is described as white, aged 35 to 40, of heavy build with blonde hair and was wearing a white t-shirt, black leggings, a black jacket, a black baseball cap and a white surgical mask at the time of the robbery.
The man involved is described as white, aged 35 to 40 years, of slim build and had short blonde hair.
Detective constable Lee McIntyre said: “Fortunately the woman was not hurt but she was left extremely shaken by what happened.
“Enquiries are being carried out door-to-door and officers are also reviewing CCTV footage.
“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area, particularly Arlington Place and Ashley Street, and may have seen this man and woman, or anyone acting suspiciously to get in touch.
“Likewise, if you have private CCTV or dash-cam footage that could help with our investigation then please contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to make contact with officers via 101, quoting incident number 3321 of Sunday, September 18, or make a call anonymously to the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
