A search is ongoing for a 15-year-old boy who has gone missing from North Lanarkshire.
Jay Ferguson was last seen at Drumgelloch train station in Airdrie, around 7.10pm on Thursday.
Police believe he might have travelled to the Musselburgh area, via Edinburgh, by train.
The teenager is described as 5ft 6in tall and was last seen wearing a black hooded top, jogging bottoms and trainers. He also had a silver bicycle.
Sergeant Steven Brown said: “We’re appealing for the public’s help to find Jay.
“Jay has gone missing before but it’s important we make sure he’s okay and I would ask anyone who has seen him to contact us.”
Anyone with any information should contact Police Scotland on 101.
